Princess Elya Celes Dress Sheet

The princess is giving me so much trouble whenever I try to draw her. I have a bunch of unfinished outlines, just because I can't seem to get it right with her. But at least I finished this. 

"At the age of 19 Princess Elya Celes loses her father to a mysterious illness and as the last member of the royal family she has to take over the thrown at such a young age. However, with rebellion against the kingdom brooding in the underground, things take a sudden turn at the coronation ceremony..."

It's not likely that I will actually get around to drawing the story, but I like making situations happen in  my head and puzzle them together. hahaha
